Wang Lee Hom - Gai Shi Ying Xiong Concert!
Gai Shi Ying Xiong Dao Lai!
I'm back from Wang Lee Hom's Gai Shi Ying Xiong Concert!! woohoo! First time seeing his concert..And the feeling was really great! We sat at row 7! We were so close to the stage! hehe..could see his face so clearly! Don't even need to look at the big screen! hehe..Jie and i were so high, standing up and clapping and cheering most of the time..I loved the lightings, and "fireworks"!! hehe..Much of it was the same as the Taipei Concert..
However, the most disappointing thing was...well, the stage...i felt that it was so pathetic! So small, and plain..Sorry, but to me, it is actually no difference from the Fellowship of Praise stage..(for those who went, should know..) =( Oh! Not forgetting the sound system too! Quite terrible..There were actually some parts that were "cut" off..Boo~!
The concert lasted only a short 2 and a half hours..He sang about 27 songs..He did not sing 4 songs, compared to the Taipei concert..hmm..and before we knew it, people were shouting encore already! He did not interact with the audience much..and from his eyebags, could see that he was really tired..Lee Ang, give him a break man! Lee Hom told us that he has to go back to filming the next day! Can you believe it? And due to his busy filiming schedule, he did not have time to practice or rehearse for his concert..Therefore, he wasn't pitch perfect today..Some parts could hear him slurring a bit..haiz..Still, it was a really enjoyable experience! i managed to shake Chris Wright's hand after the concert! hehe..He is the very cute, handsome, tall, 20-year old, Australian guitarist.. ^.^
Some mediacorp artistes went as well..I saw Phyllis Quek, Taufik Batisah, Olinda Cho, Johnathan Leong..Not sure if the one i saw beside Jon was Hady anot..And Kit Chan was there as well..
Oh, for those people who are going for future performances at the indoor stadium, i would strongly advise you to eat before going there..The only food they sell inside the indoor stadium is a pathetic hotdog bun, and guess how much was it? $5!! Ribena = $3!! A small cup of drink = $2.50!! Somebody really should complain about the over-pricing man!
Okay, Goodnight everybody! Tomorrow, i promise i will really bury my head into the books..hehe!
