2nd week of hols..
My 2nd week of hols has gone by as quickly as the 1st! I finished watching a korean drama "A Love To Kill"! hehe..and i probably don't have to extract my wisdom teeth so soon yet..because my teeth are located very near my nerves..So Dr Fel does not want to risk it..She advised me to go SGH and extract it under GA! Its like such a major operation..haha!
On Tuesday, i went out with Lynette..supposed to go kite flying & steamboat dinner with berries. But..oh well, anyway only left with Lynn & I who met up..So we went to shop a little before deciding to catch a movie. We watched "The Covenent" at Lido. Quite thrilling..About these 4 Sons of Ipswich, born with special powers. Kind of like witches..haha! Not bad..
On Wednesday, i met cherie for dinner at Pepper Lunch, and we went crazy taking photos along Orchard Road..haha! Then, we met Hanlin, Michelle, Su ying, Jacob, and Pei Shi to check out Zouk's Mambo night. haha..hmm..What to say, except that i was so so so smelly when i went home..Clothes, hair, everything was smelling of smoke.. Hope Singapore bans smoking in clubs soon..haha! Lynn told me the average club's PSI is 300, which is considered hazardous air..But i think that night, it was almost 400.. haha! I was really suffocating when i first stepped in.. :P
On Friday, i had dinner with Jie & CZ at the famous Chin Chin Chicken Rice stall located near City Hall/Bugis. hehe..Follwed by a double scooped yummy homemade ice-cream, shared with jie..They have all sorts of new and original creations, and its affordable..They have longan & red dates, horlicks, peanut butter, wasabi, blueberry cheesecake, chestnut, even chilly chocolate! haha..trust me, its nice! It is located at Shaw Towers, and the name of the shop is Tom's Palette! Check it out next time you are there! hehe..
On Saturday, 18th November 2006, was Miss Amy's wedding at Wesley Methodist Church!! Sort of a 4 Peace class reunion too..haha..Saw many of my old secondary school classmates, GB gals, officers and teachers that i have not seen ever since graduation..hehe..The whole wedding service ended quite fast.. There was a tea reception after that, and we continued chattng and taking photos..Miss Amy & her husband, Desmond, looked so happy and sweet together..hehe..After the reception, a group of us went on to Swensons for dessert..I left after that to meet my family to watch "Casino Royale" at The Cathy. Daniel Craig's first Bond movie..I don't think he can match up to Pierce Brosnan's Bond movies..Somehow, he lacks the attractiveness and charisma of James Bond..
