Spent the day with my sis exercising & mountain climbing..
haha..just kidding, but we were practically doing that while going up mt alvernia..you have to climb this "hill" up..and we climbed so many overhead bridges and stairs today..haha..
Anyway, today jie was so nice she accompanied me to go tour hospitals..We went Mt A and Thomson Med Centre..Wanted to cover Mt E too..But we have no time..

I went to get their employment application forms so that i could go for their interview..When i went to Mt A, i was directed straight to the Assistant Director of Nursing's secretary..So scary..Just one more step, and i would be interviewed by her already..But i rejected her, saying i wasn't prepared and i didn't bring my documents along..haha..She must be thinking, "This stupid girl made the trip down, but doesn't want an interview? And no documents.." haha..She looked a little unfriendly..
Then i took a bus down to Thomson Medical Centre, and guess what? the hospital is so small, that it did not have space for a HR dept! haha..Their HR dept is in the block opposite..Its practically in a unit of a 4 storey HDB flat..So funny..When i knocked on the door and go in, there were 3 women standing there, looking quite shocked to see me..
So i told them, "hi i am wondering if the hospital is employing fresh graduates?"
And a woman said, "You mean as a staff nurse?"
I said, "yeah."
She said, "Sure, are you registered with the singapore nursing board?"
i said, "no, i have not officially graduated, but i will in july. hehe."
Then she said a very funny sentence, "You are interested in joining our hospital?"
And i thought, why is she asking that? is it very surprising for a new graduate to want to apply to thomson med centre? haha..but i said, "Yeah..i am interested."
So she passed me the employment form anyways..They were much more friendly than the secretary in Mt A..haha..

After hospital touring, it was damn hot by the way..haha..We made our way down to Orchard to buy tics to watch 200 pounds beauty...It was so funny! Good recommendation from my SN..But yeah, sufi..I just found out that it is available on crunchy roll! haha..so u can go there and watch..Ate a whole lot today too..Got a treat from CZ to eat at Billy Bombers! haha..wo zuan dao le! ^.^ Thank you wor!!
