My Decision.
I have decided to apply for TTSH..I have already told my ward sister, during my feedback session with her, and she seems pretty excited about it..She told me, "You still apply through HR, then i will send an e-mail to them saying i want you in this ward."
So that's it, i guess..Private hospitals? You will have to wait a few more years later i guess! ^.^
Good News, i passed my PRCP!! hehe..Yippee! Bintan trip, here i come!
Bad news, supposed to end work on Thursday, but now its been changed as my friend needs to take a plane back to Nepal on Friday. So, have to swap with her..Hope i can still get my Sunday off though..I shouldn't have been so mean to laugh at my friends who are working till Sunday..Now i'm in the same state as them! Boo-hoo..Or-bi-good right? =P
To my dearest Minnie,
I guess you've got to really ask yourself one question: "Why am i in Nursing? What do I want to do ultimately?" Well, actually i find that if you stay on in NUH is good too, coz over there at least have Paeds too..(hehe..that's what i am still interested in..) But of course they will want you to work for 2 years in general ward so that you can pick up more skills. Oh well, this is the life i guess, i think i've come to terms with that, that's why i'm taking up the challenge of working in TTSH.. There is no easy way out de lor..If you want to become a good nurse, you have to face whatever comes to you, and not to be put off by it..The first 2 years will be tough, and i think i'm prepared for it..Everyone of us will go through the same thing minnie, and we will be there to support each other! Alright? Jia you! Make the right choice wor.. ^.^ As my biscuit friend told me, "Nursing is not just a job, its an adventure of a lifetime!" Miss you berries!
Hugs, Yunnies.
