Confirmation..
Sister asked me to go to her office today, and she told me to sign my confirmation papers..Well, I'm going to be confirmed soon..
6 months already..But i've yet to sign finish my checklists..haha! oh wells..i don't know whether its a good thing or bad thing, but this means i'm going to start on my 2 shifts soon..arghhh..nomore office hours, and half days on saturdays..booohoo..

Been in OT 19 this whole week..The days seem to pass slower this week..I felt exhausted on a Tuesday, i thought tmr was Friday..I think i just can't wait for this week to be over..hehe..Monday there was a resus in PACU, then i went to EOT after i finished my elective list, and ended up going home only at 5+..

Tuesday was weird..A day with Dr TSC, (whom i feel is quite an unlucky pt, monday's resus was her case too), i've got 2 cases of varicose veins, so both were intubated with an LMA, and both ended up having stridor intra-op..haiz..So i had to hold the pt's chin up till the stridor stopped..But hey, i finally got to see Prof zapping away the ugly spider veins off the legs, and its pretty amazing..Get it treated while it is still not so bad to get a better cosmetic result.. =)

Today was a lap chole day for me..3 cases, then 1 added open hernia from OT 13..The last lap chole was quite sad..I liked the popo..We gave her an epidural before the op, she was so brave while sitting there withstanding so many pokes..ergh..i also heartache..Then her frozen section result came back and it was confirmed that it is metastatic..haiz..

OT is such a freaky place sometimes..haha..
