Happy Labour Day!
Just came back home! Those 3 graveyard shifts are over! Hooray!
Previous 2 nights are terrible..Tuesday night we were busy, at the end siti and i counted a total of 11 cases that we did that night..phew..all those fast-track cases, each one only took 15mins..timing was just right whereby siti assisted in intubation while i did all the paperwork, then i pushed out the pt while siti cleared the theatre, then i pushed in the next one..This was our routine that night..Plus there was 1 stab wound case, which the indian guy was apparantly robbed and smashed and cut by beer bottles..poor fella..and all for a wallet..i wonder how much money does he have in his wallet..

Last night, neuro, ortho, gs, plus eye theatre was running..Don't know why, those chits just kept coming..and everyone just wanna kill me coz i'm the one who sat at reception to receive those chits..seems like my luck wasn't so good last night..Didn't manage to catch any sleep this round of nights..

When i reached home, papa was asking me if i saw this pt who had his hand stuck into a printer..And i was shocked at how he knew..Then he told me that it was in the news..Wow, i was quite shocked how fast news spread..I started the case at about 12am, and when i left the case was still ongoing..Long long way..poor fella had to have 2 fingers and a stump of the thumb terminated. The superman surgeon LYC & the big boss was called back to do this case.

oh my...gotta go now..mummy is rushing me to go out for lunch with my grandparents already..sigh..
