The Little BLue Car..



I rented this little blue chevrolet aveo hatchback for 2 days..It was both thrilling, yet very scary too..

Well, it was my first time driving after 2 months i passed my test..Luckily my cousin, eleanor accompanied me to collect the car..I froze when i sat in the car..haha..Suddenly unsure what to do, or how to start the car..Automatic transmission is seriously very easy to drive after you get the hang of it..For once, i felt like my left leg, and hand are so free..No need to step on clutch, or change gears..haha! Eleanor and i drove around for a while around sembawang, then we drove up a multi-storey car park to practice parking without the poles..haha..Not perfect, but not too bad either!

Then, we picked up my sis and CZ, and we did the scariest thing..Drive down to orchard, in the evening! First boo-boo, we got out at the wrong exit..We missed the cairnhill exit, so we ended up in dhoby, where we had to turn around to go back to orchard..On the way to orchard, we went passed 2 or 3 ERPs..Next boo-boo, we we unsure of the directions, and we were stuck at a junction, i kena horned at by so many cars as i was obstructing the road..Finally we managed to park at cuppage's carpark safe and sound..After having dinner with my family, i managed to drive my whole family home smoothly..phew..

Second day, i went on my own little road trip to chong pang and the seletar reservoir..So fun! hehe..Then, i went to sufi's school to fetch her, before fetching diana and we went to orchard again..This time with diana around for directions and more practice, the drive down was much much smoother..haha..We went to catch the dark knight..Super nice show! A must-catch!!
It was so cool driving mei, peter, suf, and di home..I am starting to feel an attachment to this car..

Next morning, i took it out for its last spin..I sent sis to her school, and bro to woodlands mrt before returning the car..
I'm definitely renting this car again..Its suspension, is really good..And i felt comfortable with its size..

Who's going out on a a spin next time i'm renting a car?? ^.^
