Hanging out at the beach from 12:30pm-6pm = sun-burn!! body ache!!
I haven't exercised in ages, haven't been under the sun in ages..And i'm suffering the consequences now..Damn painful leh.. Yes, i took MC today..haha..couldn't move..Wonder if i can tmr..Doc didn't give me another day of rest, but gave me lots of ineffective medication..boohoo..corticosteroid cream for my sunburns? anarex for muscle relaxant/pain/fever, and danzen for phlem and swelling? weird. haha.

p/s: Do NOT pump your balls at the petrol station. It doesn't work. Use the foot pump instead. ;)
