1st of many weddings to come..
Tonight is Bee Geok & Eric's Wedding, at M Hotel's level 10 ballroom suite.
Li Kar & i reached at about 7.20pm, the reception was still crowded as they have not started seating the guests yet. No sign of anyone else that we know..Bee geok is a staff nurse i got to know during my PRCP days in ward 5C, and she told me she wasn't going to invite alot of people from 5C, as she have also left the ward.

We went in at about 7.40pm, but the ballroom was still quite empty..As usual, the guests are fashionably late..Maggie and another staff nurse from 5C came and sat together with us, plus a sister who was previously from 5C. That's it. Just the 5 of us. The dinner only began at about 8.30pm..5 of us had to eat the share of 10 people, my stomach nearly exploded at the end, as sister kept telling us "young people, eat more. don't waste food." bleah..

There was a part when sister asked li kar and i which dept were we at now, and when we said OT, she kind of gave a dirty look, and said, "why pas out go sraight to OT ah?" But she quickly added, "OT is good too lah, very busy, so u 2 like it there?"
Don't know why, but to ward sisters, they always don't like it that fresh grads go to OT. Gives me a feeling that i won't be welcomed if i ever do return back to the wards. Anyways, i don't bother. Got kinda awkward sitting at the table, li kar and i just kept talking to each other.

Anyways, i just got home, and i am suffering from insomnia..
(p/s: i drank 3 cups of coke while waiting for dinner to begin, and the waitresses just happily refill and refill throughout dinner, i think i drank a total of 5 cups of coke tonight!! )
